Built and imported in 1975.  Based at CFB Greenwood, NS.  Category A damage at Miramichi, NB on 1 September 2002.  Attempted short down wind flight on auto tow to position aircraft at start of day.  Disconnected early due to perceived slow acceleration of tow vehicle, attempted 180 degree turn to land back on runway.  Landed very hard during turn, with minor injuries to pilot.  Both wings damaged, left wing rear spar attachment failed in forward direction, wing rotated and damaged fuselage and canopy.  Rear fuselage bent at mid point.  Coded "7" on fin at time of accident.  Despite reported Category A damage, Certificate of Registration issued on 4 June 2003.

Built and imported in 1976.  Based at CFD Mountain View, Ontario.  Severe damage when it dug in a wing tip during landing at Alexandria, Ontario on 20 September 2003.  The last flight of the day, attempted a non-standard rapid descent and sharp turn on short final to bring aircraft closer to hanger.  Preliminary investigation suggests instructor pilot forgot to retract spoilers used during this maneuver, leading to excessive sink rate and wing low touch down.  Minor back injuries to passenger.  Latest Certificate of Registration issued on 27 October 2004.
