Roebuck was an American citizen who came to Toronto in 1917 to enlist in the RFC. 1917-10-21: Roebuck died at 87CTS, Camp Mohawk, N.Toronto, in JN4a, C-639, when it stalled on a turn and half side-slipped, half nosedived to the ground, from 300 feet. He was alone in the aircraft at the time.
