Fisher joined 56 Sqdn. in France on 1917-07-08. He was badly injured in a crash on November 21st, and he was invalided back to Canada in November 1918. In 1940 he volunteered for service in the RCAF. He rose to the rank of Sqdrn. Ldr. and retired in 1945. He was a bond salesmen in the civilian world.
