Swayze was killed in a flying accident during flying training at 81CTS. I could find no details of the circumstances of his death. His brother, Lt William Keith Swayze, also in the RAF, was shot down while with 62Sqn and made POW, repatriated 1919-01-04, but died of natural causes two weeks after he returned home from the war.
