1918-09-22: Mac Dougall was killed on this date at Keston, Bromley, Kent near Biggin Hill Aerodrome, when the Brisfit he was piloting stalled on a climbing turn (due to low flying speed) and crashed to the ground. His air-gunner 2Lt John Alexander Jenkins (British) was also killed.
