Cannot find any reference in the Book of Remembrance. *L.S.* 1918-05-17: Clemens died in a C.A. JN-4 'Canuck' (serial # not recorded) in a flying accident. His student pilot, Cadet Leoncio Salvador Ros, (who was at the controls at the time of the crash) was injured, but survived.
