A note about Yukon serial numbers:
It appears that these 12 aircraft were ordered with serial numbers 15501 to 15512, but then switched to 15921 and up shortly after deliveries began. I have photographic evidence of 15501 to 15503 actually being marked, and there is conflicting written evidence about the remainder. The date of 30 September 1960 is given by Rankin-Lowe and Cline for the switch over, but other sources suggest dates as late as 1962. Can anybody clear this up for me?
