west by No. 124 (Ferry) Squadron at the time of the crash.
Forced landing after in-flight engine failure while en
route to Winnipeg. Landed on a railway
trestle with full flaps at minimum speed, struck water barrel on
trestle, slid over the side and fell 20 feet. Sgt.
H.R. Critchly slightly injured. Taken on
