Ex USAAF PT-26-FA, serial number 42-15449.  Category A crash 8 miles north of Huntsville, Ontario at 12:00 on 1 March 1943.  Accident report filed by RCAF Station Rockcliffe.  Aircraft was scheduled for delivery to No. 4 Training Command at Calgary, and was being ferried west by No. 124 (Ferry) Squadron at the time of the crash.  Forced landing after in-flight engine failure while en route to Winnipeg.  Landed on a railway trestle with full flaps at minimum speed, struck water barrel on trestle, slid over the side and fell 20 feet.  Sgt. H.R. Critchly slightly injured.  Taken on strength by No. 6 Repair Depot after crash, for record keeping.
